Sustainable Cities Track launched

The FIDES Community has officially launched the Sustainable Cities Track — a collaborative space where municipalities and solution partners come together to test and demonstrate how digital wallets and verifiable credentials can support sustainable public services.

This track focuses on real-life scenarios such as sustainable procurement, foundational ID enrolment, permit issuance, employee onboarding, and local subsidy schemes. Participants can issue and verify credentials across interoperable wallet solutions, based on the DIIP v4 specifications derived from the EUDI Wallet Reference Architecture.
