Relying party website catalog launched
Wallet and credential adoption is ultimately driven by real-world applications, not by standards documents or pilot slides. Yet concrete, visible examples of websites and services where digital wallets truly work in practice are still surprisingly scarce.
That gap is exactly why we’re launching the FIDES Relying Party Catalog.
From promise to practice
The Relying Party Catalog provides an open overview of websites and applications where digital wallets and verifiable credentials actually work today. It includes public sector services as well as private and sector-specific initiatives.
The catalog allows you to filter on criteria such as country, use case, and readiness level, making it easier to understand where wallet-based interactions are already possible in practice.
What makes this catalog especially powerful:
🔗 Direct links to the FIDES Wallet Catalogs, showing which wallets work with which relying parties
🎥 Demo videos where available, so you can see real presentation flows instead of just reading about them
🌍 A clear focus on working implementations, not concepts or roadmaps
Early examples
We’re kicking things off with an initial set of relying parties from different ecosystems, including applications related to:
• OpenWallet Foundation
• iGrant.io
• Lissi
• Government of British Columbia
• EU Digital Identity Wallet
• Scytáles
• Proeftuin ID-wallets (Ver.iD, InnoValor Advies)
• Municipality of Nijmegen
• Modular Open Source Identity Platform (MOSIP)
• Multipaz
This is very deliberately a starting point, not a complete overview.
Build the catalog with us
The Relying Party Catalog only becomes truly valuable if we build and maintain it together.
Do you operate, build, or know a relying party where wallets or credentials are actually being used? Then we invite you to add it to the catalog, enrich existing entries, or share demo material.
👉 Call to action
• Add relying parties
• Improve and update entries
• Share demos and real-world experiences
Together, we can make wallet adoption visible — and show where wallets already work today.
Earlier, we wrote about the launch of the updated FIDES Wallet Catalogs, with clearer separation between personal and business wallets, improved filtering, and self-managed entries by providers.
The Relying Party Catalog builds directly on that foundation and completes the picture.
