Direct e-invoicing

The Direct e-Invoicing Innovation Track shows how open and secure, wallet-based models enable trusted exchange of verifiable data and documents — with e-invoicing as a practical entry point.
It addresses key challenges around global interoperability, data minimisation, and resilience.
Together with public and private stakeholders a series of hands-on innovation phases has been successfully completed — now moving into the next phase:
Verifiable Trade & Compliance.
FIDES Labs acts as the initiator, concept developer and neutral coordinator of the track, supported by a group of experts. This track explores how business wallets, decentralized identifiers (DIDs) and verifiable credentials enable a more direct and trusted way of exchanging data.
